Third-party archives can preserve old material, but no reliable local released-photo archive was verified. Commercial mugshot publishers are not an official substitute. Their records may be stale, mislabeled, or detached from the disposition and release history.
Pontotoc County Tables Have No Photos

When a photo appears in an attributed news story or official press release, preserve its stated source and publication date. The report may explain an arrest, but it cannot establish a later release without a custodian's timestamp or status.
Pontotoc Mugshots After Record Sealing
